Hiya backers!

This is gonna be a really quick update. I’ve been busting my tail to get y’all these books on time. I have over 5000 books in my garage that I need to deliver to you amazing folks.

Some of you already have received your books (maybe 800+ already shipped), I’ve seen the pics and I thank you for sharing.

For the most part I’ve been packing these books on my own and it is a lot of work. I’ve put a huge strain on myself - as you know I’m disabled - and have caused my body to be in tons of pain where hospitalization almost happened.

What that means is I’m slowing down. I did roughly 800+ books in a week. ONE WEEK! While that’s great and all, I’m hurting myself and it’s just not fair or beneficial for me to continue to do that.

I was hoping to get everyone’s books to them by the end of the year, but it’s not feasible. It looks like end of January and I’m sorry. You WILL get them before February 14th, the Image release date.

Here’s a few questions I keep getting, see below for answers.

Q: Where’s my book, scam artist? 

A: In my garage or on my living room floor.

Q: Where’s the bonus stories? 

A: These stories are being done by other creators as a favor to me, for you, for FREE. I can’t and won’t rush them. When I get them, you’ll get them.

Q: Where’s my PDF? 

A: Did you fill out your survey? No? Welp, you gotta reach out to Backerkit & ask nicely to send them the pdf.

Q: Why can’t I download postcards? 

A: Seriously? They’re not downloadable. It’ll come in the mail.

Q: You’re a thief! Why don’t you give me my money back, scammer? 

A: Okay.

I think that about covers it all. Your books ARE coming, I just need you to be patient and understanding.

Bingo Love Cover Reveal

When Bingo Love was created, I had an idea of where I wanted the story to go, but sometimes a story will take you where IT wants to go and you let it happen. When we put together the cover for BL, a 1/4 of the story was finished, and we knew it would end up changing.

And yes, I know...

So with that said, we've got a few Ch-ch-changes for you.

Our Bingo Love cover has been created by the super talented artist, Gisele Lagace, who's done work for Archie, IDW, Marvel, Dynamite and other publishers. This cover embraces Hazel and Mari's life together, and I hope that you all love it as much as I do!

It's sooo cayyyuuuuuttteeee!!!

Speaking of changes...I've decided to work with a fulfillment agency who'll be shipping the books out to everyone instead of me. This will definitely help in getting the books to everyone quicker than I possibly could (more info on that later). I won't lie tho, I'm kinda bummed out that I can't send everyone the books, but my health sucks and yeah...that's that.

Now onto some pretty cool news...

BINGO LOVE IS FINISHED AND IS ON ITS WAY TO THE PRINTERS!!! 

If you missed the previous announcement Bingo Love was picked up by Image comics and is coming out on Valentine's Day!!!! I can't wait to reveal THAT cover to y'all. It's coming along...

I'm so excited and I can't wait to get these books to everyone before the end of the year, it's so worth it! 

What else...I think that's about it, so here's some sexiness for ya.

 If this ain't sexy, IDK what is! A beautiful woman holding curly fries and a milkshake in a nightie, with rose petals all over and candles? WHOOOOWEEEE! It's about to go DOWN!!!!

Hey everyone! I've got some amazing news, if you haven't heard already. New York Comic Con was such an amazing success. I had NYCC exclusives, which included these items:

These exclusives were selling out like hotcakes, along with the Bingo Love Kickstarter preview, but alas that's not the good news.

It was announced on Thursday at NYCC, that Image Comics has decided to pick up Bingo Love for distribution!!!! That means Bingo Love will be in comic shops and bookstores all over!!! ACKKK!!!

 Holy crap! This is truly exciting, I can't believe this is happening!! Still can't. I had a signing at the Image Comics booth and even did a press conference and panel. So you might be wondering how does this interfere with the backers and the answer is really simple:

IT. DOES. NOT!!!

The backers will receive their books first, by the end of the year, and AFTER all is said in done, then the book will be out on Valentine's Day, February 14th. The book will be the same, but it will have a different cover by a super amazing artist! Can't wait to release that info. 

If I'm not mistaken, next month Bingo Love will be in the previews catalog and then folks will be able to preorder the book. Feel free to tell your family, friends, co-workers, that didn't back on Kickstarter, that they'll have an opportunity to back them during this process. We had 1,950 backers and I hope and pray we can triple that number and get a ton of preorders available.

Welp, that's about it on my end. And again, just to reiterate all KS backers will get their books first. There are those who might be spreading wrong information, saying that I gave out books to people at convention before I gave it to the backers, and that's 100% INCORRECT. The Kickstarter pages that are on the KS page were turned into an 8 page preview book and given to those who preordered during the convention. I also gave away backer goodies: keychains, pins, postcards, stickers, etc to those who had backed the right tier & showed proof.

 You get an update! You get an update! You get an update! You get an update! EVERYONE GETS AN UPDAAAATTTTEEEE!!!!

I've been getting several emails asking if they can get their PDF's and the answer is unfortunately, NO. Sorry. The Kickstarter states that the shipping of the Bingo Love books will be coming in December, and that also includes the PDF's. Right now, the book isn't completed (we're almost done tho!), so there's nothing to give. Once the book is completed this will be the process: the book will go to the printer, get printed, then shipped to me in New Jersey and provided they're not held up in customs (you bet not dammit!), I'm hoping to get them out to everyone, ALMOST 2,00 OF YOU, by the end of December. Either way, I'll keep everyone updated every step of the way when we get to that point. (Please keep in mind that I'm disabled and shipping these books out to you by myself with a little hired help, so we'll hustle as best as we can.)

So what that means is when December 1st gets here, pretty please don't send me angry emails, shaking your fists because you haven't received your PDF.

 Pretty please don't to that. 

I promise that I'll do the obligatory picture of a bajillion books in my home, along with pictures of a good majority of books heading to the post office, and if I can, a pic of an angry post office worker giving me the evil eye. Once the picture of the books headed to the post office are on their way, only THEN will I enclose an update on getting your PDF's. Not before. SOWWY!

Now, let's get to some fun and sexy updates, shall we?

 I'm seriously considering turning this one into a print. 

Speaking of prints. NYCC is next week, can you believe it???!! Whew. I am NOT ready. If you're going to NYCC, PLEASE bring a screenshot or an email of the level you pledged so that you can get your goodies.

 I will be debuting some other NEW and EXCLUSIVE goodies for those wanting to add to their Bingo Love collection. So stop on by Artist Alley C1 to get your goodies!
